At Wiz Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure technical gear and footwear are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
